What we collect
- Consultation booking and rate-check forms: the information you enter, such as your name, email, phone, age, income type and amount, assets, property details, credit score range, desired mortgage terms and notes.
- Calculators: numbers you enter are calculated in your browser and are not sent to us (except when you request a rate-check report, which is covered above).
- Site visits: Google Analytics 4 collects statistics such as pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and referral source.
Why we use it
- Consultation booking form: to schedule your consultation, contact you, and review your situation beforehand to prepare a strategy.
- Rate-check form: to send the report you requested and to track lender rate trends. It is not used to contact you for consultations or for any other purpose.
- Site visits: to understand how the site is used and improve it.
We do not sell your information or share it with other companies for advertising. If you proceed with an actual mortgage application, we will ask for your separate consent at that stage and share information only with the lenders and insurers involved.
Where it is stored
Form information is stored in the operator's Google account (Google Sheets, Calendar and Gmail), encrypted in storage and in transit, with access restricted to the operator. Google's servers may be located outside Canada (for example, in the United States), where government authorities may be able to access data under local law.
How long we keep it
We keep it for as long as needed for your consultation and related work, and delete it when it is no longer needed.
Access, correction and deletion
Email us at any time to see the information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted. You can withdraw your consent at any time; doing so may limit our ability to help with your consultation.
Analytics cookies
Google Analytics uses cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

If this policy changes, we will post the update on this page with its effective date.
